The unmanned truck scales system is a standalone system which allows 24 hours 7 days a week weighing operations without the need of operator. This system is widely used in Quarries, mining industry, steel industry, cement industry, sugar industry, landfills, waste recycling, agriculture, asphalt plants and etc.
 
It is provided at the facilities to identify the vehicles automatically and weigh them without operator where vehicle traffic is intensive and weighing facilities are serial. The personnel errors are eliminated since the system is controlled from a single center. The system at the same time plays an important role in the production, stock and sales organization by transferring the weighing results into the other related departments at the same time.
 
The automatic truck scale consists of an automated vehicle identification, truck scales, software, computer and printer. The additional equipments such as traffic lights for directing the driver and vehicle traffic, barrier, message terminal can be added to the system for fast and fruitful weighing operations. In addition, maximum weighing safety ensure with optical sensors and cameras. All images related with the scale area and vehicles are taken from cameras.

1. If the truck is not positioned correctly, you will hear an automatic generated voice which will point out the error. Without proper position, no weighment will be captured.
2. After proper positioning is done, the driver has to show the RFID card in front of the control room
3. If the card is valid then automatic weighment is processed and a slip is generated.
