Electronic Truck Scale for Metal Recycling Industry

Truck scale/Weighbridge can be divided into electronic truck scale, digital truck scale, pit less type truck scale, pit type truck scale, portable truck scale, and axle scale. The main component for truck is load cell, junction box, weighing indicator, printer, computer, and weighing management software. The load cell includes analog load cell and digital load cell.

Widths
Standard module width is 3m, available in width up to 3.6m
Lengths
Standard lengths are 10m, 12m, 16m, 18m. Custom are available in any length from 4m to 24m.
Thickness of deck plate
8mm, 10mm or 12mm deck plate, custom 14mm is available.
Capacity
Standard scale capacities are from 40 ton to 100 ton. Custom scales available to 250 ton even 300 ton.
 
The standard component for the truck scale is platform, high precision load cell, weighing indicator. The optional accessories are printer, jumbo display, computer, weighing management software for better data management.
 
Platform deck-Steel deck or concrete deck are available.
High precision load cell-The key component for the truck scale to weight measurement. The quality of the load cell is related to the quality of the truck scale.
Weighing indicator-convert the signal into weight data. It is ok to connect with printer, jumbo display, and computer.

Highlighted feature:

Structure	10mm thick steel top plate; 7pcs of u-beams, which are all bent from 5mm or 6mm thick steel plates, whereas, the other suppliers use 6pcs beams with plate thickness of 4-5mm which leads to poor rigidity and makes the deck deformed. The distance between the 2nd and 3rd U-beam is 150mm, this is exact the location of the wheel, both 2 beams to share the loads, to protect the platform and prolong the service life of the truck scale.
Layout	The opening of 7pcs U-beams are 210mm, the layout of U-beams under the wheel is 210+150+210mm, 2pcs U-beams to share the wheel weight, whereas, the layout from the other suppliers is 300mm opening and 300+200+300mm under the wheel. The layout of our U-beams can ensure better support to wheel and avoid deform of the platform.
U-shaped Main Beam	The special designed 800T U-beams bending machine is used in our factory, which can bend steel with max length 7m and max thickness 8mm by 1-time bending. The angle is 90-95°. Whereas, the other suppliers use 600T bending machine, which can bend steel with max length 6m, max thickness 6mm. One U-beam will bend twice with angle  100-105°. When the angle is exceeding 100°, it is easy to deform. The bottom width of our U-beam is 180mm, whereas the other suppliers are 150mm. Our U-beams structure can ensure better support, longer service life.
Load cell base	Our load cell is located under the junction parts of two sections; Whereas, the other supplier located under the end of the one section, which is welded on the top plate. It is easy to deform. Once the load cell basement is deformed, the precision of the load cell will be reduced, at worst the load cell may be damaged.
