| U-shaped Main Beam |
The special designed 800T U-beams bending machine is used in our factory, which can bend steel with max length 7m and max thickness 8mm by 1-time bending. The angle is 90-95°. Whereas, the other suppliers use 600T bending machine, which can bend steel with max length 6m, max thickness 6mm. One U-beam will bend twice with angle 100-105°. When the angle is exceeding 100°, it is easy to deform.
The bottom width of our U-beam is 180mm, whereas the other suppliers are 150mm. Our U-beams structure can ensure better support, longer service life. |
| Load cell base |
Our load cell is located under the junction parts of two sections; Whereas, the other supplier located under the end of the one section, which is welded on the top plate. It is easy to deform. Once the load cell basement is deformed, the precision of the load cell will be reduced, at worst the load cell may be damaged. |
